As a hands-on architect and product-minded leader with over two decades of experience, Rhasaun has designed, built, and guided enterprise-grade digital platforms for global organizations. He specializes in translating ambiguity into systems that teams can operate, evolve, and fundamentally trust.
His background spans the full software development lifecycle, from early-stage discovery and system architecture to active delivery and long-term stewardship. Rhasaun has served as the Principal Adobe Experience Cloud Architect for top-tier agencies like Wrecking Ball, leading cross-functional teams and building custom backend architectures. At Ernst & Young, he architected global knowledge management platforms supporting tens of thousands of consultants. With Royal Caribbean and USAA, he ensured that enterprise platforms balanced creative flexibility with operational scale and security.
Most recently, Rhasaun founded and architected IndexMind, an agentic engineering platform built with Python (FastAPI), Go (Echo), and Playwright-powered autonomous browser agents. He understands exactly what it takes to turn complex AI/ML prototypes into robust, production-ready SaaS platforms.
